In this episode of the AUSTIN PODCASTERS GROUP, we deal with three brief topics:
(1) A NEW LOCATION FOR THE MEETUP --
our meetup location has changed. As promised, we looked for a more central location in the Austin Area. The location is now at:
The Community Room (at the Main Entrance) in the

The meeting will start at 7pm on Thursday, July 24, 2008:

- 7:00 p.m. - Podcast gear display and social time
- 7:30 p.m. - Guest speaker and Q/A with guest
- 8:00 p.m. - Discuss future events / virtual event
- 8:30 p.m. - Discuss local podcasts from members and summaries, equipment and software

(2) Roundup of Podcast events
- The Podcamps are in full swing: Podcamp Ohio just finished on June 28; Podcamp Colorado and Podcamp Arizona are on the horizon;
By the way, did anyone attend PODCAMP AUSTIN?????

- Preparation for the NEW MEDIA EXPO in Las Vegas from August 14-16, and the hotel for the event is the Las Vegas Hilton.
